Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call/email/SMS from us to verify the placed order and to initiate the delivery process
After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to your given address in the next 7 to 10 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
The Artifacts Gallery offers free home delivery nationwide, with no limit of minimum order placement
The payment methods available for placing orders include online bank transactions, mobile fund transfer (via Easy paisa or Jazz Cash), and Cash on delivery system
If orders exceed PKR 15,000/-, then customers need to pay PKR 5,000 advance.
For orders above PKR 50,000/-, customers will have to pay 20% in advance
We are committed in providing you the best delivery times and options. For all easily shippable items, we will deliver the items at our earliest. Any personal of Delivery Company or the management itself will not be held responsible if the attempted delivery fails due to any of the reasons mentioned hereunder:
Non availability of recipient at the delivery address.
Invalid or outdated delivery address given on file.
Wrong order placed online at the time of checking out or confirming order.
Delays due to the city’s law and order situation.
Any act of nature, vandalism or strikes being called on that particular day
Any other reason not mentioned above
We start the shipping process within 24 hours of the conformation of order. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department within those 24 hours.
