• In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products.
• Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
• It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit
• Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by The Artifacts Gallery, provided goods are received in acceptable condition
• Customer have to bear the cost of sending a damaged package back to our address for replacement
• The mode of replacement will be based on the mode of payment chosen at the time of placing the order.
